Connected Nation Again Named One of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky
Connected Nation, Inc., has again been named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management in its thirteenth year of ranking most desired places to work. This honor marks the sixth time in the past seven years Connected Nation has been recognized in the Best Places to Work Competition.
"We are honored to once again be recognized among such esteemed Kentucky employers,” said Tom Ferree, Chairman and CEO for Connected Nation. “Connected Nation’s consistent inclusion is a reflection of our incredible team working toward a noble collective vision—to create opportunity through connectivity. Our culture fuels our strategy, and we enjoy working together to ensure no one is left on the wrong side of the digital divide."
The competition ranks companies in small, medium, and large categories. The selection process involves the results from internal employee surveys.
Connected Nation works nationally to empower individuals and communities through increased access, adoption, and use of broadband. The nonprofit has its core operations in Bowling Green and was one of 36 companies honored in the small-sized employer category (those employing 15-149 U.S. employees).
