Andrew McNeill

Vice President of Program Development

As Vice President of Program Development, Andrew is involved in advancing the mission of Connected Nation through the identification and cultivation of new programmatic opportunities. He works closely with senior management and key stakeholders to identify new operational objectives and to ensure that existing partnerships are maintained and new relationships cultivated.

Prior to joining Connected Nation, Andrew was the Chief of Staff to Kentucky's Secretary of Commerce and served as the Executive Director (acting) for the Kentucky Office of Energy Policy. He has a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky’s Martin School of Public Policy & Administration. He is a graduate of Centre College with degrees in History and Government.
